Let’s Take the First Step — Together

Despite regular salaries and structured compensation, financial anxiety remains one of the most common yet unspoken challenges among salaried professionals.
Over the years, I’ve interacted with many salaried professionals—across levels, roles, and income brackets.
Capable people. Stable jobs. Regular income.
Still feeling anxious about money within days of salary credit.
So I keep wondering:
--------------------------------------------
What if companies thought beyond salary & compensation—and included mental money health?
Not product pitches.
Not return promises.
Just basic financial awareness.
What if:
Financial awareness sessions were treated like any other wellbeing initiative (not just Sudoku cards or fitness challenges)?
A neutral, free financial guidance call was included as part of employee benefits—without selling anything?
Onboarding or career path discussions briefly touched on money habits, long-term thinking, and realistic expectations?
Would this:
Improve employee loyalty?
Reduce silent stress that leads to disengagement and attrition?
Improve trust during average appraisal cycles?
Help employees visualise themselves with the organisation for 5–10 years—just like they visualise long-term portfolios?
--------------------------------------------
I don’t have definitive answers.
But I do feel this deserves a genuine trial.
From my side, I’ve conducted small financial awareness workshops free of cost, simply to help people reduce stress, anxiety, and confusion around money—especially those who earn well but still feel broke within a week.
--------------------------------------------
This is not about selling products.
It’s about clarity, behaviour, and confidence.
If better money understanding can quietly improve focus, mental health, and work-life balance—
maybe it’s a conversation worth starting.
